We are a project production company and advisory organization that enables capital growth in cities and the improvement of people’s lives. We design and deliver public programmes and social ventures in support of urban development and help the real estate, housing, public and private sectors deliver successful urban renewal. We bring very diverse backgrounds and exceptional, practical experience of direct project delivery to our work. We are acute commercially and couple that with a genuine commitment to social responsibility. We have created, managed and been responsible for initiatives valued at over £200m ($298m), credited with reviving major districts in cities and communities and enabling them to attract over £1.5bn ($2.2bn) of new investment. We have started several for-profit and non-profit social enterprises, won nationally significant awards and we work in many countries, including the UK, Russia, China, Canada, Latvia and Tunisia. We have seen our work effect real change in cities and their communities and offer an unique and compelling mixture of knowledge and experience.
